We are looking for talented full & part time therapists to join our team in Spanish Fork and Eagle Mountain.

Shifts needing filled are:

Mon. 9am-3pm, 9am-5:30 or 3pm-10pm

Tues. 9am-3pm or 3pm-10pm

Wed. 9am-3pm or 9am-6pm

Thur. 3pm-10pm

Fri.  9am-3pm & 3pm-10pm

Sat. 9am-3pm and 3-10pm

30% Commission plus tips (average is $27 an hr base commissions, tips usually are $10-20 on top of that base price)

$10 an hour for training & mandatory meetings

10K Life Insurance begins 60 days after hire if you work 20+ hrs a week
