To help you better understand our services.

Q1: What is the difference between a regular lash lift and a Korean lash lift?

A regular lash lift and a Korean lash lift both curl and lift your natural lashes, but they differ in technique, products, and the final look.

Regular Lash Lift

  • Uses traditional lifting solutions to curl the lashes.
  • Creates a more noticeable, dramatic lift.
  • Focuses primarily on the curl and shape of the lashes.
  • Results typically last 6–8 weeks.

Korean Lash Lift

  • Uses gentler, often more nourishing formulations.
  • Focuses on lash health as well as the lift.
  • Creates a softer, more natural-looking lift with better lash separation.
  • Often includes conditioning ingredients such as keratin, collagen, or vitamins.
  • Can be customized more precisely to different lash lengths and growth patterns.

The Result

Think of it this way:

Regular Lash Lift = more dramatic curl and definition.

Korean Lash Lift = softer, healthier-looking, naturally lifted lashes with an emphasis on conditioning and lash integrity.

Many clients choose a Korean lash lift if they want a more natural “I woke up like this” look or if they are concerned about maintaining the health of their natural lashes over time. A traditional lash lift is often preferred by those looking for the most noticeable curl and impact.

Q2: Can lash lifts damage my lashes?

When performed correctly by a trained professional, a lash lift should not damage your lashes.

A lash lift works by reshaping the natural lashes with a lifting solution, similar to how a perm reshapes hair. While there is some chemical processing involved, healthy lashes generally tolerate it well when:

  • The correct products and processing times are used
  • Lifts are spaced appropriately (typically every 6–8 weeks)
  • Proper aftercare is followed
  • The lashes are not overprocessed

A Korean lash lift is often marketed as a gentler alternative because many formulations include conditioning ingredients and place a stronger emphasis on lash health.

Potential damage is more likely if:

  • The lashes are overprocessed
  • Lifts are done too frequently
  • Products are left on too long
  • The treatment is performed improperly

To keep lashes healthy, many providers recommend using a lash-conditioning serum and avoiding excessive rubbing or pulling of the lashes.

For most clients, a professionally performed lash lift leaves lashes looking lifted and healthy without causing breakage or thinning

Q3: Will it hurt my eyes?

A lash lift and tint should not burn your eyes when performed properly, but you may experience mild irritation if your eyes are sensitive or if a small amount of product gets too close to the eye.

During the service:

  • Your eyes remain closed the entire time.
  • Protective pads and shields are used to keep products away from the eyes.
  • Most clients feel little to no discomfort.

You might notice:

  • Mild watering or sensitivity during or immediately after the treatment.
  • Slight redness if you have sensitive eyes or allergies.

A burning sensation is not considered normal and can happen if:

  • Product accidentally gets into the eye.
  • You have a sensitivity or allergy to an ingredient.
  • The eyes are opened during the service.

If you have sensitive eyes, wear contact lenses, or have a history of allergies, let your provider know beforehand. They may perform a patch test or use products better suited to sensitive clients.

Most clients find lash lifts and tints to be comfortable treatments and leave with beautifully lifted, darker lashes without any irritation.

Q4: Do you have any after care products?

Yes we do! We offer an after care serum for $39 to help your lash lift & tint last longer.

Q5: How often should I get a lash lift & tint?

For optimal results, we recommend scheduling your Lash Lift every 8 weeks and your Lash Tint every 4 weeks. However, because every client’s lashes are unique, some may find their results last up to 10 weeks for a lift and up to 8 weeks for a tint. Longevity depends on factors such as your natural lash growth cycle, lash type, and how well you follow aftercare recommendations.
