Detailed Bodywork
Full body detailed work requires a longer appointment length. Please schedule 90-120min. if you are wanting a full body massage. A 60min. treatment will only allow me time to work 2-3 areas in detail. If you choose an appointment with a scrub this does not change the length of appointment, rather we will spend the last 10min. of the scheduled time finishing with a quick body scrub.
Post Op Treatment
One time appointments can be made and are beneficial for anyone wanting to experience lymphatic drainage. This is a slow, light pressure treatment that is designed to increase lymphatic flow and reduce edema (swelling). Individuals wishing to see a significant decrease in Lymphedema or post op recovery should consider a packages series and come regularly. MLD Face cupping is also available a can be done the day after surgery to reduce facial swelling & sinus problems.

Katrina is only temporarily taking new clients at the Eagle Mountain location. Aside from doing massage a few days a week she is also a crucial part of the day to day operations that most people don't even know about. As the spa continues to grow her time with clients is limited. All new clients at the Eagle Mountain location will eventually be taken over by other therapists so she can continue to work on her long time current clients and maintain spa operations.
Absolutely. Katrina is booked about 2 months out regularly. You'll want to schedule at least 3-4 treatments out each time you are in to maintain treatments with her otherwise you'll need to make arrangements with another therapist in our office.
I recommend a minimum of 2hr of bodywork each month for maintenance. If you have extenuating circumstances you may need more bodywork until you can move into maintenance mode. If you are post op and need lymphatic work you'll want to come in 10-15 times within the first month after surgery.
