What are the customizes options?

Hands-on Helpers:

On-site chair massage. This customization can be scheduled for a separate day and time as the wellness training. Cost varies based on the number of therapists needed to provide massages in any given timeframe.

Group coaching:

Individualized 30 min training for groups of 5-20 people. Employees will be guided through applicable stretches, relaxation techniques, and use of self care tools. Cost determined by number of groups.

Knowledge is Power:

A provided employee survey. This information will allow us to tailor our training specific to your needs. The results will also be provided to your HR department for further use as you see fit.

Tools of the Trade:

We will provide self care equipment for use in your break rooms as well as any relevant visual aids and/or training associated with that equipment. Cost is determined by the amount of ordered equipment as well as 30 minutes of additional training per training group.
