A credit card or debit card is required to have on file to hold your appointment. Our 24 hour cancellation policy is required to avoid any charges. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the price of the treatment booked. Same day no show appointments are charged in full for the price of the treatment that was booked. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. At or prior to your first visit, you will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire and complete a medical consultation.
